L’ORIGEN DE WATATU TRAVEL

La Nostra Història

Watatu Travel neix després de molt d'esforç i del somni d'en Guillem, fundador de Watatu, per crear un impacte positiu a través del turisme en diferents destinacions de l'Àfrica Subsahariana.

Des de 2014, va treballar com a agent de viatges, guia i gerent de diversos campaments a la zona, així com en un projecte d'energia renovable per abastir poblacions senceres a les zones més remotes de Tanzània.

A l'actualitat, la família Watatu ha anat creixent a poc a poc. Avui, som un equip professional que col·labora amb proveïdors locals de confiança, coneix el terreny per oferir les millors rutes i està pendent de tu en tot moment.

Engineer by training and lover of Africa. From consultant to community enabler, I met Guillem during COVID and we grew Watatu before meeting in person.
