Tanzania is located in the east of the African continent. With 1 million km², Tanzania has an extension of 25% of protected territory. There are two world-renowned lakes: Lake Victoria, the largest in Africa, and Lake Tanganyika, the longest in the world. Here is also the only active volcano in East Africa: Ol Doinyo Lengai. The capital of Tanzania is Dodoma, but the largest city is Donar is Salaam.

Uganda is located in the east of the African continent. It is the country where you can find a thick tropical jungle, high mountains and arid savannah. Uganda is home to primates, which are divided from other mammals by the Western Rift Valley. In Uganda you will also find Lake Victoria, the largest lake in Africa, as well as the sources of the Nile River. Its capital is Kampala.

Kenya is located in the east of the African continent. Covering an area of approximately 580,000 km², Kenya is home to a great diversity of landscapes, from the Indian Ocean coast to the central highlands and the Rift Valley. It is known for its protected areas, which represent 10% of its territory, highlighting emblematic national parks such as the Masai Mara and Amboseli National Park. Kenya is home to Mount Kenya, the second highest mountain in Africa. The capital of Kenya is Nairobi.

It is part of Tanzania although it has semi-autonomy. They are located on the eastern coast of Africa, in the Indian Ocean off the coast of Tanzania. Its islands are Unguja, Pemba and Mafia. Its capital is Stone Town.

Botswana is located in the south of the African continent. It is believed that humans originated here, coming from the San tribe. It is home to the Kgalagadi Desert. In Botswana you will find the only continental delta in Africa: the Okavango Delta. It also has one of the largest salt deserts in the world. Its capital is Gaborone.

Zimbabwe is located in the south of the African continent. It houses one of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls in the world, Victoria Falls, which are located on the Zambezi River. The country takes its name from the ruins of Great Zimbabwe, an ancient stone city that was the capital of the Kingdom of Zimbabwe during the Middle Ages. Zimbabwe has 16 official languages and its capital is called Harare.
