Visa & Vaccines Zimbabwe

Visa

Do I need a visa to travel to Zimbabwe?

For citizens with a Spanish passport, a visa is required to travel to Zimbabwe. There are several options available:

(1) Visa on arrival: A visa can be obtained at international airports and other entry points. This is generally valid for tourism and short stays.

(2) E-Visa: Spain is among the countries whose citizens can apply for an electronic visa (e-visa) before traveling to Zimbabwe.

Vacunes

Is there a mandatory vaccine?

Currently there is no compulsory vaccination to enter Zimbabwe, unless at some point in the last 6 months prior to entering Zimbabwe you have been in a country endemic for yellow fever (in Zimbabwe there is none). Even so, we recommend you visit the nearest tropical medicine center to receive advice from specialists on the recommendations to take into account.

How is medical care at destination?

There is no compulsory treatment. However, we recommend that you visit the nearest international vaccination center for advice from a professional on malaria prophylaxis and other recommendations.
